Please find below the Terms and Conditions :
1.	Basic package: CMPE100 (100MB, up to 20 accounts x 5MB) – RM149.00/year.
2.	Price does not include domain registration/domain renewal. com, .net, .org: RM55.00 per domain/year com.my, .net.my, .org.my: RM100.00 per domain/year
3.	Request to register a new domain name is subject to availability.
4.	Client is subjected to a 1 Year contract upon purchase of E-mail Hosting package.
5.	Client is allowed to UPGRADE to higher package or SWITCH to Web Hosting package. Price is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
6.	Client is NOT ALLOWED to downgrade to a lower package within the tenure of the contract. Client is able to downgrade to a lower package when the current contract expires.
7.	Email Hosting package is subject to change without prior notice. However, any plan change that involves downgrading of current hosting package will be implemented at the end of the contract.
